Thesecondopinion is governed by an engaged Board of Directors who are committed to the mission of the agency. All Board Members have direct experience with cancer, either as physicians who volunteer on our Review Panels, as family who have lost someone because of cancer, or as cancer survivors themselves. 100% of our Board Members make significant gifts to the agency.
The heart of our program relies upon the volunteer efforts of over sixty Board Certified physicians from eight medical disciplines whose experience in cancer treatment practice is critical to our mission and who work with a variety of recognized medial facilities.
